I thought I was out of gas and when I started my vehicle it turns over but then it makes this sputtering type sound and the engine just won't idle or stay running. I have changed the Coil and checked inside the carburetor for clogs but it is ok. I also have changed the fuel filter and checked the fuel line for clogs. When I take the fuel Line off the carburetor and turn the key fuel squirts out but it seems kind of reluctant.

Sounds like a fuel pump issue. Put a few ounces of fuel into a squeeze bottle. Remove the air cleaner and start it up. Squirt the fuel slowly into the throat of the carb. If the engine stops spluttering, you know you've got a bad fuel pump. Once you get it running decently again, it might be a good idea to run some carb cleaner through it.
