That should be your downstream O2 sensor. It is the one immediately after the catalytic converter.

Be sure to look at the wiring and harness before just replacing the sensor. Occasionally you will have a wire that was touching the exhaust and melted. Also, if you have an exhaust leak, it could cause that code.
