Code P0430

I have a p0430 code pop up says bank 2 only
Would this be the sensor right after the catalytic converter?

I would swap it side to side and see if the code moves to the other side. If not then it could be the converter or the upstream. Basically this code is saying that the PCM is not seeing the NOX output after the cat (measured by the downstream sensor) is not with in the approved range. This could be the sensor or the cat is not reducing the NOX. I attached the test. Let me know if you need more info and what you find. Thanks
