We have checked the fuses, changed the battery, chedcked the alternator, and we have spark and gas going to the engine but will not start. We also do not have power windows, power seats, or mirrors but did before. We have no idea what else it could be.

What model? How was spark and fuel delivery confirmed? Do you have a meter to test for voltage? Does started engage and engine spin? Did problem occur suddenly? Any recent repairs?

To resolve this problem it will need a trained technician to trouble shoot. Common charge is a two check out fee and hopefully will be able to provide a diagnosis. From what you have stated problem may be in ignition switch and /or the RAP module no way to say for certain until testing is done.
