I have a 99 Bonneville with a 3.8 ltr engine with 140000 miles. The car died the other day and I changed out the fuel filter because it was acting like it was not geting enough fule That didn't work so I checked the Fuel pump pressure and so on. All checks are good. It will now start when it cold but as soon as it gets to operating temp it dies and is hard to restart. When it restarts it will only run for a couple of seconds then die. I checked the cat converter and that is fine. Any idea what I should look at next?

Could be crank sensor or ingintion module.
The ingition module can be checked for free at many discount auto parts stores. The crank sensor is a small cheap part that mounts behind the crank balancer pulley. Two 13mm bolts I think and one plug in connector.
