So I go out to my car to leave and I hear a clicking sound, I went to start it and it will not even try to start. No noise or anything. So I investigated some more and found that the noise was coming from my vans fuse box, when I unplugged the lamp amp it stopped, but nothing happened when I plugged it back in.

You are describing the common symptoms of a drained or defective battery. Have you tried a jump-start or charging the battery? Use an inexpensive digital voltmeter to measure the battery's voltage. It will be 12.6 volts if it is good and fully-charged. If you find it is closer to 12.2 volts, it is good but discharged. If you find it is down to around 11 volts or less, it has a shorted cell and must be replaced.

These guides can help su fix it.

If the battery's voltage is okay, determine what else does not work and what does. You will need to list the engine size so I can look up the correct wiring diagram.
