We have replaced the battery, solenoid, and starter and our truck and it still wont start. Normally we have to add starter fluid to carburetor, but this time it wont start at all.

Brakes do not work. Took left front wheel off, cannot find a leak anywhere.

If your saying the starter wont crank, make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. There are some safety issues with some testing, make sure transmission is in park or neutral, set functional parking brake, block the wheels. Safety is your responsibility.
There may be a starter relay on your fender lining, one of the large lugs on side of relay is battery voltage comes from the battery, the large on other side of relay, carries battery voltage to starter motor. If you use two long screwdrivers, one touching each large lug, let the shanks touch each other, the starter motor should crank. Safety is your responsibility, you don't want the vehicle to move. Let us know if it cranks.

As far as your brakes, Did you check the fluid in the master cylinder? Usually if a wheel cylinder is leaking, the fluid may run down the backside of tire, I always look at the back side of tires for leak.
