How to get rid of water spots left on windows after washing and drying windows?

Use paper towels like you would find in a gas station dispenser or newspaper instead of rags. Do not flip them around in such a way as to get fingerprint grease against the glass. The paper towels and newsprint do not have oils that will streak the glass.
