Put new distributor new tune up, hanged the oil truck will start as long as I put my foot on the gas other wise it wont. It has no power when I do put my foot on the gas so I have to put it to the floor for it to stay running even then it does in like thirty minutes. Anyone know what could cause that?

Check fuel pressure and make sure timing is correct since you replaced the distributor. See picture for correct firing order and timing should be 0 at idle. See picture for that.
