1987 Chevy Astro Engine loses power and misses

After driving and engine warms up I am losing power and it misses i have checked for codes I have a 13 42 44 plugs cap rotor and 02 sensor have been replaced bumper was black like it was running rich im wondering were too go next

Check and test below

Running rich:

1.Fuel pressure not within specs.Can be cause by restricted fuel return line or defective fuel pressure regulator.
2.Leaking injectors.
3.Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
4.Restricted air intake system.
