Wrapped 30-amp circuit breaker with foil, heard a loud pop, now there are multiple power accessories not working?

A friend wrapped 30 amp circuit breaker with foil, he said it didn't fit in tight enough, it started okay, heard a loud pop, and now after replacing the 30 circuit breaker, and all the fuses in the inside, checked the relays, the power windows, radio, wipers, and heat air blower, still don't work, can jump the heat and power windows. I don't know where to go from here. I work on my car myself; it's starting to get hot, and I have two little dogs, I live in my car on a fixed income. I'm a woman, but I've grown up around at mechanics so hopefully I can figure it out with your help. Thank you so much, Cari Tindell

Oh, it seems like half the fuse box interior is not hot.

So, the loud pop was one of the maxi fuses blown under the hood. You must have a lock actuator or window motor that is shorted out.
