Why is my clutch clicking when pushing it in?

Sometimes it will be one click, sometimes it will be two clicks, and then sometimes no click at all. But there are more clicks often than not.

This sounds like the clutch master is going out or the pivot needs to be lubed. If you can shoot a quick video of the noise I can tell for sure. Here is a diagram of the clutch activation mechanism so you can see how it works and where to apply the wd40. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Hi,

I listened to the video. Ken mentioned the pivot point. Try lubricating it with something like WD40 to see if the sound stops or changes. Also, check to make sure the pushrod on the top of the clutch pedal is tight and there are no worn bushings.

Not being there makes it a little difficult, but to me, it sounds like it is either the pushrod is loose or a bushing issue at the pushrod or pivot point.

I copied Ken's pic from above and circled things in blue where I would be checking for anything loose or in need of lubrication.
