Loss of power

Lost power, shut off at stop and now will not turn over.

Good morning my name is Roy and I will assist.

The first thing I would do is to check the battery. If you have a voltmeter check the battery voltage. You need at least 12.2 volts.
If not, charge the battery and see if it starts. If it does you need to check the charging system. You need to see 14 to 14.5 volts while running. Alternator failure may be the cause of your issue.

Also, if you can get a jump start and get to the nearest parts shop (AutoZone, Advance Auto, O'reilly), they can actually test these things for you with more advanced equipment. The best part is that they will do it for free. Hope that helps.
