4.7L, , engine and transmission still great, all these lights were on, but the VSC flashes. If I check the engine codes I get these 2 for the secondary air pump which is common on these and vehicles. You delete them and come back immediately. VSC/ABS codes only c1201 which am sure you are aware are common to Lexus and Toyota. I delete them all ad engine codes and drive for half a mile and all lights stay if then I get yoke and park it and they come back. Front brakes were shimming so bad so replaced rotors and brakes. Tear are also bad on metal so am replacing them as well. All ABS sensors are reading okay when driving. Am trying to figure out why these lights keep coming on with no specific codes. Even the secondary air codes should go away and engine light stay off for a while but it doesn't. Where is the secondary pump, maybe someone unplugged a wire or a hose or there is a tear or an issue in the harness? Any suggestions appreciated.

Checked the 7.5amp fuse for the ECU and is okay. Removed the black connector which has to do with the p0418 and it had water in it and one of the pins was corroded, not sure how, cleaned it and reset the codes after disconnecting the battery same thing.
This is the black connector with blue wire coming out:

Hello,

This sounds like the PCM is going out. To be confirm lets do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00. here is a video to show you how:

https://youtu.be/InIlnsjOVFA

In the diagrams below are the instructions on how to replace the PCM. when getting a rebuilt unit please give your VIN number so it can be programmed. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Strange am not seeing it with any of the scanners. I remember seeing it while testing other cars. Is it only a CAN specific scanner? I see tons of scanners on amazon, can you point to one that can do the job?

Yes, you need a CAN scanner if you need to fix today's cars. This is the one our shop just got:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0744B55QV/ref=as_li_qf_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=2carprcom-20&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B0744B55QV&linkId=943baa8070e76b0b21ef5c992cd0a3cc

Its too much for some but needed if you are going to see whats going on quickly. Let me know.

Never mind. All it is is a "scan of everything" which any of the scanners I have can do. It doesn't say CAN scan anywhere in the video, just a full scan, which I could have done with any of the scanners I have instead of wasting my money on the one you suggested, which does not do anything special but give me 2 codes and nothing else, while my other scanners if you have said "scan all" I could have done. I asked you repeatedly where in any if the menu options will it say CAN and you never replied. I wasted $40.00 on this scanner for nothing.
