1997 Volvo 850 Programming Radio Codes

I would like to know how to program the radio codes back in a factory radio. The previous owner replaced the battery and needs to reset radio codes

You would need to go to Volvo so that they can pull the radio out and get the serial number and look up the code. You can try and do that with parts over the phone but they may hesitate to give you the code for security reasons.
