1984 Volkswagen Van Frozen Hand Brake
Brakes problem

Trying to put Van on dolly to tow. Hand break is frozen. Back left wheel is seized. HELP!

When you put the hand brake on does the right wheel stop? Lube the cable going to the wheel and let the lube soak in. Move the cable around to see if the cable will free up the wheel. If not then you will have to back off the left brake adjuster in the drum until you can get the drum off.
