GFs 2000 VW Jetta GLX w/ 69200 miles. Car pulls slightly left when starting from and stop, then it slightly pulls to the right when letting off the gas. What might be causing this? Nothing seems bent or loose when then the car was on jack stands. I am leaning towards tie rods, lower A arms, or suspension bushings.

If you your car is front wheel drive.
Not sure about your specific car, but if it has a differential seperate from the transmission, you may want to check the fluid.
It sounds like it's not transmitting the power evenly to both front wheels.

You may also want to check the health of your CV joints too.
