At warm idle my top end chatters upon engine deceleration and clacks quietly at idle. Does not make valve noise above 2,000 rpm's. New valve lifters installed. Oil pressure issue? Maybe worn bearings or failing oil pump?

Thanks. It is still there at higher RPM.

I would pull the valve cover. They had issues with this engine with the number 4 cylinder rockers. See if they are loose.
