I REPLACED THE CENTER BULB, SO NOW ALL LOOK GOOD ON THE LEFT REAR, THE CONNECTING BOARD LOOKS GOOD (DIDN'T APPEAR TO BE ANYTHING BUT CONNECTIONS). NOTHING LOOKED BAD THERE. THE FUSES 9 AND 16 CHECKED OUT OKAY. THE RIGHT TURN SIGNALS WORK GREAT. THE LEFT FRONT AND INSIDE LEFT TURN SIGNALS BLINK FAST. WHAT DO I CHECK NEXT?

Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?

I do, when I find it :) I was going to check for power to the light socket with ignition on. But I fear that won't work and don't know what to do after that.
