Put two new starters on. Truck will start and at the same time at night nothing. Battery has full charge.

This could be a number of things but clearly it is not related to the time of day. It goes with out saying that the vehicle doesn't know what time of day it is. However, if it is night time, then we can assume that it is colder. Are you in a cold climate that the temp drops at night?

Temp will effect electrical components but we need to find out which one.

Next time this happens can you measure voltage at the starter to see if you have voltage? This is assuming that when you turn the key that the engine does not crank over. If it does crank then we need to go a different direction.
