I agree with Ken. There is a short to power in that purple wire going to the starter. Did anything look out of the ordinary when you removed the fuse/relay box? I realize there are a lot of wires there. Only focus on the ones that go to the starter relay.

I would run a new wire then it must have a short a power somewhere.

So run a new wire from relay to starter? Also, this is a automatic and not a manual if that makes makes a difference.

Ken, what are your thoughts about having power to 3 of the 4 pins where the relay plugs in. There should only be power to 1 all the time, correct?

It sounds like you have major wiring harness problem do you have an damage on the harness? Did you get a chance to make us a video so we can see what is going on? That would help us fix it.
