Truck emits too much smoke

The problem I having is that it spits out a lot of smoke through the exhaust. I changed the O2 sensors, the two of them and it still emits a lot of smoke out of the exhaust. Black smoke to be specific, and it wastes more fuel than normal.

Only code appearing is the p0171 indicating that the fuel system is too lean (Bank 1), the temperature goes up to 180, no higher. Coolant temperature sensor does not appear on the list of codes either.

A bad coolant temperature sensor a lot times does not set a code. The code is most likely a vacuum leak somewhere.
