Transmission system problem warning light?

My vehicle has been having intermittent rumble sounds and this warning light came on.

Can you tell where the noise is coming from? Does it change when you go around a corner? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Also, we should run the codes to see what comes up.
