My daughter's truck will shift fine when the truck is cold but when it gets hot it will not shift into 4th. Any suggestions as to what would be a possible cause? Could the cause of this be a solenoid? If so which solenoid. A or B? I have also read that it could be the pressure switch. Please help! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have a trans guy scan for codes and give an opinion, it may be the toque converter clutch doesn't operate any longer. Or it cold be a valve body problem. Not so much a solenoid cause if it worked cold it would work hot as well.

Thanks for the quick response on my question. But I was wrong with the information in my question. It slips out of drive when the truck warms up and goes to low gear. Would the possible solution still be the same?

Yes cause it sounds like it's an internal problem anyhow either governor or one of the valves
