Transmission is not going in reverse

Is not reversing and I diagnose it showed transmission fluid temperature sensor malfunction and I attended to it. It is cleared, but still not reversing.

What did the inside of the oil pan look like? Sounds like a broken clutch pack

I just change the oil. Its still clean

I agree with the Dr Hagerty, it sounds like a mechanical problem, but I would not rule out a faulty actuator, a live data read on the transmission will show if the reverse solenoid is activating, if so I feel it will be a mechanical problem.
