The truck has been running great no problems at all. I filled the tank drove home. The next morning the starter is working but no engine fire. It seems it isn't getting gas. I sprayed starter fluid in the air intake and got the engine to turn over. Replaced the fuel filter no change. What could cause such a immediate drastic change like this. ?? Thanks

It will turn over, but it will not fire. I do not know if it is getting fuel or spark.

first thing is to check for fuel and spark then check fuses under hood. As your question does not have nay other symptoms. try a security system reset it may be that. See link.

WAY too much information. Have you tried turning the ignition switch? Does the starter spin the engine? Are the headlight / interior lights dim or bright? Do they go out when trying to start the engine? You have to provide some details.

First check for spark. How are you determining there is fuel? Pressure in the fuel rail? Are the injectors firing? Are the spark plugs wet? If yes to all those, and you have spark, camshaft timing will need to be checked.

When I am driving and come to a stop, like red light, it stalls out. Truck restarts, but then stalls out again when I come to a stop. Now. after starting truck and put it in reverse, it stalls out. no problem restarting, but cannot put it in gear without it stalling.

This is IAC (idle air control) you can do a idle air control with a throttle body cleaning and you are good to go. If it doesn't resolve the issue you will need a IAC.
