1996 Toyota Tercel check engine light flashing
Engine Performance problem
1996 Toyota Tercel 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 285xxx miles
my tercel started to hesitate and the other night it died on me at a light when it restarted it was shaking and smelled bad and the check engine light was flashing> so i changed the plugs wires cleaned the throttle body and the o2 sensor > it starts fine but when i put it in drive it again shakes and feels like its gonna die> please help

Scan the computer for OBD2 code/s this is your starting point on finding out what's happening in the engine management system that might be causing your problem. Autozone provides this service for free 99.
