Was in a hurry and needed to jump start my car. In my rush I crossed the jumper cables. Obviously, wont start. I have checked all the fuses efi relay and open curcuit relay. I cant really hear the fuel pump anymore but everything seems to be ok. The car turns over with an occassional sputter.

Any suggustions!

Recheck the COR and check the MAF sensor this is the one that completes the ground circuit for the F/Pump.

Also jump BATT and Fuel pump terminal at the diagnostic connector link-do you hear the pump?

Disconnect a spark plug wire and ground it while cranking, do you have spark?

Yes I have spark. After car sat a while with battery disconnected the car actually started but then sputtered and went back to its normal routine.
