1999 Toyota Corolla whistles through vents

A/C whitstles when on. The higher the fan turns up the louder the whistle. Noise is coming from inside car, not under hood.

You can try to take cowl off and look for leaves or debris caught in intake.

Could also be a blend door not fully closed, or the blower motor fan.

I would start with cowl.
