My steering is a bit hard to turn and I am also getting a vibration around 80km. What is causing this?

Check the power steering fluid level and look at the pressure and return lines for leaks. Also inspect the belt drive.

The vibration could simply be a tire balance problem or alignment. Take it to a alignment shop and have it checked.
