MyCar runs fine but for this issue,
I hear Squeaking Noises near driver side front wheel when Brakes applied and on left turn also.
This is incresing now, earlier I used to get sound only on turn but now during brakes applied also.

Can you tell me what exactly may be the problem, risk and approximate $ cost to fix it. Parts+ Labour

Cost would depend on problem.

Could be a sticking brake caliper or a CV axle.

Start by checking the outer CV boots for rips/tears.

Any leaking lubricant from axle boot would indicate you need a new CV axle. Axle is about $70 (autoparts store) and labor would be $200 or more depending on who changes it.
