1996 Toyota Corolla what did I do?

I cleaned off the motor now it will hardly run what did I get wet and do I need to replace it

The easiest way would be to scan the PCM and see what sensors are malfunctioning. Then clean them with an electronics cleaner and blow them dry.

Or disconnect electrical connections one at a time and clean with electronics and blow dry. Clean both sides of the connectors.
