1996 Toyota Corolla AC Control Switch

I recently did ac vent ajustment ( connect two inside vents; side vent worked great ; ac control switch stopped working suddenly? I am told new ac control switch / blender? Adapter. Not sure of various names for ac switch or blender( adapter)? What could possiblely be the problem;? AC switch was workin great before AC vent adjustment?

The AC switch is fused, so check fuses. The blend door diverts air to vents, vents/floor, floor etc.

You may have simply crossed a wire and blown a fuse.

May I ask, why are you doing this?
