How do I get to the fan for the ventilation system? Do I need to take apart dashboard? A critter nested in it

You can remove the the blower motor under the dash on the passenger side, although he may have ventured deeper into the system.

You can remove the blower fan motor from under the dash. Removal of the glove box would make it easier.
