1995 Toyota Corolla Repair Question

1995 Toyota Corolla Banging from within the engine
Noises problem
1995 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Automatic
a while ago my car started making a banging noise inside the engine and has been doing so every since.
I'm fearing that there may be a piston problem but I'm not sure seeing as I changed the oil on it already late last month.
Would you know anything about it?

Could be a main bearing, connecting rod, valve shim, cam lobe, oil pump etc.
Unless you have the tools and experience, you are probably best off taking it to an ASE mechanic and have a diagnosis performed.
