1993 Toyota Corolla timing belt

I am not that familiar with car trouble shooting. I just want to ask if how will you know if your timing belt is still in good conditon. Also I have poblem with my suspension, I already change rear shock absorber but still there is something wrong with the suspenson.

While there is an inspection port in the cover to look at belt, it is best to change it every 60,000 miles.
You can get a clear view of belt by removing the cam cover.

Check rear suspension bolts, control arms and bushings for excessive wear.
