unfortunatly this is a dealer only fix unless you know a reliable mechanic who knows the toyota emission systems.

They know the things that fail and there are a number of them. The codes are generic in nature and ID a number of components.

I think is the vent circuit is repaired it will correct the other two. A common problem with the vent circuit is a bad gas cap gasket- The rest is just an educated guess Good Luck
