Camry 2002 brake problem

I have camry 2002 GLi the problem is in the brake, when i stop car suddenly the brake pedal pushs back and vibrates, i had taken it to the workshop and he said to change the brake disc, so i did it, but the problem still. please help me

he said to change the brake disc, Do you mean the rotor?

It sounds like your rotor is warped-needs miking and resurfacing
