Caar won't start

I put a new battery in my 1992 camry and now it won't start. It turns over and its gettiing fuel but it won't fire up. what could be the problem?

could be a fouled plug, dead coil or a bad ignitor which you can find at most junk yards for around $35 or a inactive computer/brain
