1997 Toyota Camry Oil Leak

I am trying to get the harmonic ballancer off so I can remove the timing belt to get to the front seal. I am having a terrible time getting the bolt loose from the harmonic balancer. First off does it unscrew counterclockwise? If so do you have any other suggestions. I've tried a impact wrench. Is there an easiy way to lock the engine so I can use a breaker bar?

Its a normal bolt so conterclockwise will loosen it. Heat it up with a torch and then try taking it off. Also use a punch and hit the center of the bolt a few good times trying to loosen it.

Or try a bigger more powerful impact.
