1992 Toyota Camry clutch shake?

Hi guys, when I start off in first gear, the engine shakes and bangs real bad, but while driving seams ok. THANKS LADS.

Hi there,

This is called clutch shudder and is a sign of clutch wear and hot spots on the fly wheel, as the clutch is taking up it is slipping a little and causing this vibration, you will need a full clutch o/haul and a flywheel machine to fix this problem.
