1991 Toyota Camry charging

I replaced my alternater and my battery and it still wont charge the battery

Did you use a voltmeter to confirm it-If so there's a D-hole behind the alternator-stick an object in there and ground the tap-if voltage increases the internal voltage regulator is defective. If not the alternator

I know its new stuffs but there's such thing as manufacture defects-

Double check all connections from and to the alternator. Also at the battery-check all fuses

No I didnt I took the alternater down to the parts house and they tested it and told me it was fine and were are all of the regulaters at?
