1991 Toyota Camry CHANGE power steering belt

Where is and how do you loosen the pivot bolt on the power steering pump? How do you get to it?

You gave me the power Steering figure from the Toyota Factory Repair manual.
I have that manual.
You have not concisely answered my question. I can't see or locate the pivot bolt so that I may loosen it.
The space around the Pwr Strg Pump is very restrictive. Once I know where it is, how and with what do I loosen it?

The enclosed picture shows the location on the right side of the car.

the bolts are shown in pic...one bolt on top of the PS pump is the pivot bolt, the bottom bolt is the adjusting bolt. you need to loosen the top bolt and then turn the bottom bolt until tension is off of the belt.
