My car upon starting smokes really bad, white smoke. After the car warms up it almost stops. But often time it never stops. In the morning when I start it a fairly large cloud of smoke emerges. I am trying to figure out what the issue is and what kinda money I'm looking at to fix this problem. Thank you very much for your time.

White smoke is coolant and is cause by either a head gasket or intake manifold gasket leak.

Have compression test performed to check head gaskets.

Coolant will ruin O2 sensors, if it gets into oil, it will ruin main bearings. So this is something you want t get fixed ASAP.
