94 Toyota 4 runner with a no start situation and also has no spark. I have checked the coil and pick up coil and all with in specs. I did find the check engine light does not come on at all. I checked the fuse and it has power. Can this mean I have a bad ECM?

I am gonna walk you through a checklist of things
1. Look at your outter belts P/S belt A.C Belt ect. If they look crooked near the crankshaft your crankshaft position sensor is useless(you must have a good read to this or it wont tell your truck to fire) you need to reset your lower timing belt gear to do this you must(pull everything off it takes to do a timing belt pull your timing belt and knock your lower timing belt gear in untiil you see the key reset your timing and put everything back together and viola your truck shall run for more info feel free to contact me at rebelmudrider88@comcast.
