Thumping noise.

When my car is in motion it makes a loud noise, like a thumping sound. When I acclerate it doesnt make the sound or when I press on my brake it doesnt really make a sound either. Sometimes it goes away for a month than it comes back.

have all the bushings checked for being worn or missing
