I would call a mobile locksmith which can come to your house and reprogram the key it will run between $200.00 and $250.00. Or you can have it towed to a shop or dealer and they will charge about $160.00. Please let me know how it goes.

If you mean you replaced the ignition cylinder but still have the original keys, you could take the new cylinder to a locksmith and have it keyed to match the original keys. That way the doors and others all still work using the original keys. If you changed out the cylinder and do not have any working keys, you will need either a dealership or a locksmith, to use a scan tool to erase the old keys and program in the replacements. Most places charge at least an hour's labor, but it depends on the shop. Usually, the locksmith will be lower cost than the dealer.
