Temp gauge geting to hot and heater is blowing cold air

Same as above its is about -12 degrees out side could something be frozen could I put nething in the radiator to UN freeze it? It dosent feel like there is ne fluid goin threw the lower radiator hose

Check the coolant level then have coolant system pressure checked for a leak.

If the cooling system has frozen and that is highly likely, nothing but bringing it into a warm area is going to melt it and if it gets too far frozen, you will have some serious damage to contend with when it thaws out.
