2004 Suzuki Verona Car makes very rough noise when I start

Hello....my 04 Suzuki Verona just started making a really weird sound today. It is the first time that it has happened. When I start it, there is a loud, grinding type noise at first. It goes away but then there is a rough noise as I'm driving also...just more steady and not as loud.

I would start by checking out all the drive belt pulleys and bearings for a fault, you may have a dry and noisy bearing .
