1997 Suzuki Sidekick vibration

I have a vibration that come from under my sidekick i tried changing the driveshaft, the wheel bearings, i change the tire and wheels, but it is the same, when it is on two wheel drive it vribrate, but when i put it on 4 wheel drive the vibration stop, where should i look for tthe problem. thanks.

When does the vibration occurs?
During acceleration only?
After attaining a certain speed?

The driveshaft you mentioned replacing, were they the front CV or the propeller shaft?

the vibration when i am on two wheel drive occurs during acceleration and as the speed increase the virbration get worst, at 60mph the vibration is terrible. when i put it on 4 wheel drive the vibration is not there, except when i slow down from 60 to 50 then there is a little vivration.
I change the rear driveshat. thank you very much

The symptoms seems to indicate a fault with the propeller shaft.

The most likely cause soule be bad U joints. Get them checked for wear or stiffness.
